Wound center thinks I'm an asshole

Something about me. I have lost 2 and half toes due to diabetes and injuries to my toes. Blisters, cuts and an open ulcer that didn't heal. I have been a regular at my local wound center for 3 years before I lost my job and insurance. At least 5 wound centers in the last 9 years. 

I got on my wifes insurance (which is a different story. They want me off it) and I have been trying to get in for a month. 

I called with valid insurance. Now since it's been over 30 days, I had to get a referral from my doctor. I got that. I called back. Called back again and so on. Left message every time. Finally someone answers. No call back, just answered. Keep in mind, they have a new receptionist and she's obviously NOT good. The old one, Candy, would get off her ass and go get information and come back and tell me. The new one obviously doesn't take notes and waits till it's good for her to get up and get the information. Then tells me when she will call knowing I NEED to get in and it's been over 2 months since I been in. 

She said she will call back the next day after 3:30,  when is the time I get off work. No call no message. I'm sick of people not keeping their word and just doing whatever the fuck they want when they want. It's because 3:30 is the latest they take appointments. I can't take off work early every week. I'm still in my probation period and I can't miss any work. That's why they're dragging their feet and making my toe more and more, to the point of needing to me removed. 

My new job, I'm pushing and pulling pallet jacks full of weight, standing and walking for 8 hours. Not something my feet need.

I left a message with them that wasn't very nice. I expected one of the 2 doctors to call me back. There was 3 minutes left before they close and if people expect me to be prompt and professional all the fucking time, then I expect them to be as well. 

Instead of calling me, the one who has the issue with them, they called my wife. They said I called friday morning. If they listened to the message, they would know it was the day before. They expect me to be prompt at 4 pm for my appointment like they're doing me a favor one hour before they close. 

I called my regular doctor and asked for a referral to a different clinic. They are referring me to the center ran by the doctor that removed my last toe. They should call this week. I have an appointment on Tuesday at 4:00 for the one who needs a new receptionist or give her more training. 

Not sure how that will go since they obviously have a different story of my return than what really happened. Don't keep your word, wait days after you say to do anything you said, don't expect me to be better than you. If you expect me to be held on a high pedestal, I expect you to be the same as you expect me to be. Don't be a professional medical clinic and act as shit when I'm expected to act and be more professional than a doctor or surgeon. 

Not just the wound center, even our exterminator is a slacker. That's a different entry. Let's just say, I couldn't eat lunch yesterday since my sandwich was full of ants. I have pictures.
