Would you hire me?

 As an Entry-level IT Specialist, I have 1 year of IT experience, and 3 years of Customer Service experience coupled with a BBA in Computer Information Systems.  I have the ability to design and implement computer information systems or to work as a System Analyst, Network Analyst, or IT Technician.  My last position was at XYZ where I held the position of Admin/Tech Support (IT Specialist).  I performed routine IT functions including basic system and network administration, troubleshooting peripherals, loading software, and running routine jobs.   My prior work experience includes 1 year of IT experience gained from my position as an IT Specialist at XYZ; 3 years of Customer Service experienced gained from my position as a furniture Customer Service Adjuster for ABC; and over 15 years of personal IT experience  gained from personal hands on experience, books, and educational coursework.  A week after my Supervisor and Mentor at XYZ left, our email address got blacklisted due to a virus in one of our users system.  I worked with our third party network administrator to come up with a quick fix so we could restore the email system asap; then we worked on a permanent solution which we had implemented within 2.5 days.  I hold a BBA in Computer Information Systems I left XYZ to pursue better IT opportunities and because the last six months of my employment were not conducive to my career goals within the organization. I am looking for a challenging, responsible, and rewarding entry-level IT position that provides an opportunity for advancement and professional growth.
