Worth the pain!
I have an outer hemoroid and running makes it flare up. The last few days I ran, I arrived home with underwear soaked in blood. So I jumped in the shower and applied what first aide I could. The pain was horrible. I took ibprofen and it seemed to help.
I think its a small price to pay to achieve my goals but I think I will talk to my doctor about having it removed when I see her in august.

Thankyou all for your love and support but I think I can make it until I see my docton in august. Without insurance, I have to be careful about dr visits.
