Worth the pain!

I have an outer hemoroid and running makes it flare up.  The last few days I ran, I arrived home with underwear soaked in blood. So I jumped in the shower and applied what first aide I could. The pain was horrible.  I took ibprofen and it seemed to help.
 
I think its a small price to pay to achieve my goals but I think I will talk to my doctor about having it removed when I see her in august.
