worst flare et

woke up yesterday and was so weak that I couldn't even get out of bed. my whole body was so weak that the walker was no real help for me to get around. I actually resorted to crawling as I thought it might be easier.  I have a cold and that triggered a flare.  To make it all worse, the flare brought with it some vertigo. The vertigo makes me sick to my stomach as I feel so dizzy. Being sick to my stomach prevents me from wanting to eat or drink. The lack of fluids in my body make my flare even worse.  What a viscious cycle.  Going to MS specialty clinic at Colorado State University Hospital tomorrow. I hope they can figure something out for me. At least help me get thru these flares better.  Hubby bought me a wheelchair should I have that much weakness again.
