Worst day of my life.
Today was easily the worst day of my life. My fiance's funeral was today. I didn't cry at all until we got to the cemetary. The waterworks started then and wouldn't stop. His family kept telling me to let it out but I kept trying to make myself stop. Am I a freak for trying to keep it all in?

I am soooo sorry for your loss!!
condolence to you, your family and his.
You are not a freak for anything you do, now.
Cry if it helps; don\'t if it doesn\'t.
Just take care of yourself and take it easy!

No hon,
You are just trying to be strong. Everyone grieves in their own way and in their own time frame.
Take time and be good to yourself. Take comfort from those around you.

Not to worry, Hon! It will come out when it\'s ready, and then sometimes you\'ll wonder if it will ever stop. You are perhaps still in shock. You need to be kind to yourself, so--do whatever feels right to YOU, don\'t be dictated by what everyone else says! Sometimes grief is such a personal thing,...I cried at my son\'s funeral, but at home I wailed like a hurt animal,...it was almost scary, but my husband just kept saying, \"Get it out, don\'t try to keep it in\" Trust me, it will come in your own way! Tight hugs to you, Judy

Oh my gosh! What an awful thing to have in life! Other people have, though, so I know it\'s something you will ultimately conquer! Bless you, and may God keep you strong! I would be honored to be your friend--especially now! This really puts everything into perspecitive. I am thinking of you and praying for your strength all day. Jane in Indiana
