Worlds crasing in

Im am very lost. I dont know exactly what to do. I feel sick to my stomach. overwhelmed in my heart. and my whole body is burning with pain. Im just about to lose my mind so im getting back on the seroquel that i got off of for a few days still on everything else. If i ever get trapped in my mind im going to kill myself no matter what. The bible doesnt say anything about killing yourself being bad in fact samson, some other rightoues king, and three rightoues women committed suicide when they new they were defeated and were going to be handed over to thier enemies.
