Working out or working in
It's harder than it seems. So far I've been going to yoga at least twice a week, but I would like to go more often. At least four times a week is a good goal I think. I also want to do cardio, maybe bycicling, treadmill or even walking a few times a week. I went for a walk tonight and it felt great. Motivating myself is so difficult. Every week that I fail at exercising daily, I tell myself, I'll start next week. Well, I'm really going to try to work out every weekday, starting next week! Haha, we'll see.
