Working on driveway.
I hired a crew to repave my driveway which was all broken up from these harsh Maine winters. I was getting tired of moving chunks of pavement out of the way so I wouldn't damage my snowblower in the winter. They were suppose to start in mid May but it has rained nearly every day so they kept delaying it.
It was suppose to rain today also but it didn't and they showed up at 7 am this morning to start work on it. They dug up the old driveway and put down a new base....so far so good.

you have a very wide driveway I think it is wider than my 16ft wide one....that surely is a good thing going on to get that done and I hope it is not too expensive to cause you to use Credit....but so good to have a fresh surface....it is wide enough can I come do a donut on it? LOL
@ billwfriend...I wanted to use a credit card so I could get 2% back but I didn't think he would take it so I just gave him cash. The total was $5900. The last time I had it done was about 20 years ago and it costs me $2600, so prices have gone up since then. I don't remember how wide the driveway is but you can park two cars side by side and there is plenty of space left on the sides.

@ Ladybug7...I am very happy with it They finished a little after 1 pm. I couldn't believe how fast they worked. I think they were trying to beat the rain.
@ Atpeacemary... I think they thought the same because they worked pretty fast. It's 2:17 and they finished an hour a go....
my concrete driveway was $6500 and is not as big as that but he had a 2 ft concrete wall to tear down and haul away too....mine is just 16feet wide by 8ft ramp up to 2o or 22ft of concrete pad...but concrete is always more expensive and it was done oct. 2020
