working and anciety

Hello my name is shayan, i am working for ibex.co as a seo team lead. but from last three months  i felt demotivated from my work. because i want to move to another country. its a hard decision to take as i take take care of my family. but i want to earn good more than now. for it i took step to start my blog site i am also maintaining that site and want to increase the traffic. https://softwaretechends.com/ but except that i think must take a break.

i feel somtime anciety and depression my mood is now rude from my self because i think men should take rest for a month atleast. or i think life should change somewhere.
