Worked Outside
Weather was nice today here in Southern, Ill. so, I mowed the yard and trimmed. I spread WEED and FEED and put out my wife's pastel colored lawn chairs. She planted a couple of flowers, more to do. Hopefully, weather will continue and I can get on my Harley. My wife goes in for another knee replacement a week from today so, she'll be down for a few weeks. She wanted to wait till after Easter so she could cook Easter dinner for the family. I have been her cane for 3 yrs. 3 yrs. ago, she had her right knee replaced, last year, she had her left hip replaced and now, she's having her left knee replaced before she wears out her right hip. She is currently limited as what she can do. I hope this fixes things so she can walk right.

May I ask how old your wife is? I’m 60 and had one knee replaced in 2013 after putting off for like 20 years! I’m putting this one off as it was hard for me to recover and I’m alone.
Its my left knee if and when I do it, I can drive myself to therapy after but how long would I be out of condition again?
I thought it was 3 months but I cant remember. My daughter stayed with me and it seems like a long time.

I sat outside for 1/2 hour just to get the Vitamin D you know...lol~!
Add a sun umbrella to my shopping list!
I did get a rake and a broom for the garage though so I feel like I made a start anyways!
I will pray she does well with her surgery!
I myself just got new foot orthotics and my back is NOT happy about that so I am taking it really easy breaking them in.
