Workday from HELL!
So 6:00am it starts with a phone call about someone who can't log into an app and it finally ends at 8pm! I kept telling the knuckle heads to reboot the damn server but of couse I had to spend 14 hours proving that this WAS NOT MY F-ING PROBLEM!!!! Idiots!
So the morons reboot the server at 7:59pm and surprise, suprise the user logged in! Her freakin old logon was stuck in the cache and all they had to do was clear the damn thing but instead I get to waste the entire f-ing day on bullshit. So pissed!
Anyway, I'm picking up a prescription for one of the sample med creams my doc gave me tomorrow. The other one costs $100 for a tiny tube and it barely freakin worked! The other one works just as well and cost $10. Of course my definition of "worked" means it knocks the pain down from a 6-7 to maybe a 5 and it only lasts a few hours.
I'm going to give this med cream a week or so and see what happens. I have a followup in 4 weeks but if this doesn't start to help more then maybe the doc can suggest something else. It just seems like I'm stuck with this pain forever. I'm tired of whining about it. I know so many people with worse problems. My aunt now has Parkinsons and my friends mom is stuck in a hospital for 3 weeks becauase of diabetes.
I know other people have way worse issues but for some reason this damn pain just drives my life right now. I pray to God I can just someday accept the pain and move on. I'll keep working with the doc's to find something but there is no magic bullet for whatever I have.
