Work...Meh.....

Okay so my whole work thing is one big mess....Sorry for a bad first journal but I work at an eyeglass place as a lab tech and so we have different machines that cut and make the lenses seems like an easy job right? Well it is for the most part. I mean there is acouple tricky things but it's not rocket science. So what's so hard about that you may ask? Well it's not the actual job but it's the coworkers....I mean the manager is great trust me it's just the thing is he has to run the front and the lab since we don't have a general manager. He is the lab manager so he's suppose to be in the lab but most times he's not since no GM. Well the other coworkers are lazy and don't care. One's quitting and going to a new job which is fine I understand but his last week is this week and he's not giving a crap even more now...It's annoying...and why fire him since he's just leaving...And the other 2 just take their sweet time when we are busy and then get frustrated that there is a stack of jobs to do since we get behind because they take their time and talk a lot. I told my manager and he said since we can't really fire them since otherwise we would be S.O.L. for the lab since it would just be me...He's trying to hire new people but it seems like the new trainees don't make the cut and end up leaving since this job is a fast pace job even tho it's easy. And so the other 2 coworkers are telling me they want to quit and I am just like oh crap...What am I going to do...I am just screwed and my manager is as well...I mean I just don't know what to do...I mean the job is great...It's just the coworkers are unbearable and it's hard...There are days where I just feel so bad for my manager knowing he has to put up with the coworkers even tho he tries his hardest to get them back on task...Oh and p.s. I have been at the job for about a month and a half and I have had my manager and corporate complement my skills already, "Above Average" as they put it.
