Work
I sometimes hate my work. Overall it is a wonderful place. I mean I walk to work everyday, I have set hours. I can bring my kids to work when I need or want to, I can take off when I need to. I only actually work probably an hour a day most of the month long (the beginning of the month is a little bit more busy and full with actual work.
But 3/4 of the time, I am told to do a job to protect the company from unwarrented bills for things such as Worker's Compensation Insurance for sub-contractors. And maintaining records for them, which I do, and when one of them doesn't have their required insurances, I tell the owner, who then ignores me and will just write out checks to them anyway. How can I stop the bill from happening, if someone does not want to listen to me.
Why does he listen to the salesman who will not go out and make sales, but refuses to listen to the office manager who does her job? Is it because I don't have a penis? Am I just less than everyone else, even though I actually do my job?

Today, I was told that I am making up stuff to be upset about...Because somehow now I don't and haven't gotten in trouble over workers comp insurance issues for certain people...but he still ignores that the stupid installer doesn't have insurance...
Bored, Bored, Bored...But I have to be here because I am an hourly employee even though I can get my job done in about a quarter of the time that I am here. Can't just pay me a salary and let me not sit here wasting away.
