Words I have to live by if I am really do not want to hurt people

Colossians 3:9Do not lie to each other, since you have taken off your old self with its practices
Proverbs 13:5The righteous hate what is false, but the wicked bring shame and disgrace
Goal to live and die by those words. Need it implanted in my head reminding every second and every time I speak. Hope to start acting like a human for once. Shame, guilt, and evilness is destroying the little soul I have left if I have any left. Have to keep my head and have strong will to change.
