Woo hoo it's Christmas
Thank you God for sending your Son Jesus to save us. HE is the true reason of the season.
Well Christmas eve was Christmas here. Went pretty well, only some minor outbursts mainly from Brooke. She went to bed early and has already lost privileges to her new tablet. Logan got a new phone and poor Josh got a hover board, not the phone he was told he would get if he got his grades up which he did. The reason is and I quote my son " He needs to quit being such a dick to his sister and change his attitude when he plays on electronics" mind you all 3 of the kids get attitudes and are addicted to electronics, phones, tablets and Playstation.
Today, Christmas day is a nothing day. Cleaned the house this morning as tree, live one, was taken down yesterday. Tomorrow late afternoon Jono and Aydan are coming to celebrate. I am going to go home with them for a couple of days to get out of here since they are all home until the 3rd. I asked if I could take Josh with me and it was a no thought immediate NO!! When I asked why it took Joey a few minutes to think of a reason and he finally came up with "I don't feel comfortable with it" I said why he will be with me the entire time. Nothing said conversation was over. I am frustrated and sad and know Josh is going to be upset. I am not going to tell him until tomorrow as I don't want to see the tears and possible backlash if he gets an attitude. He gets treated so poorly compared to the other 2. All Brooke has to say is Stop it Josh and he is yelled at and punished. Logan gets great grades so they expect Josh to also. He is not an A student, he is smart just isn't disciplined in his studies, he does not like school. He is a C student. I feel so badly for him and help to the best of my abilities without them knowing.
I am so ready for a break from out here. The tension is really getting to me. I try to stay positive and be a part of the family but it is getting to me. I have already decided I am not staying out this way when I get my own place I am going back either to be by Jono or Nancy, wherever I can find a place. I can't stand being dependent on them when they are undependable. Plus they are all I have and know out this way, no friends etc.
Enough complaining for now. Time to find my blessings to count.
Hope everyone survives the holidays to the best of their abilities.
Hugs. Prayers and love

Awww I’m sorry Susie. Is rough when kids and grandkids just can’t get along or don’t care for each other. I’m in the same situation here. This is the last Christmas I will celebrate with any of the sons I have left. I’m done!
Love n hugs
Prayers and strength…xo
