Wonderful Summer Day

What a wonderful Summer Day.This morning took ages to get up and organize myself to get up and boogy.I was meeting my daughter for lunch, and then do some shopping.So we first went for lunch.We took our time, and chatted about this and that.We are looking into some volunteer work she has to accomplish,from here to 2010.So I will reach my aunt, who works at the local Hospital, to see\when and how many hours she can do per week.It's not that many hours, but it just might get her a future jobthere at the Hospital next summer.\So we ordered chinese, ate our wonton soup, then egg roll, thenthe whole full course came, we looked at each other and started to laugh, we weren't hungry anymore.So I told the waitress, to pack it up and it would be enough for the whole family tonight.It was the first time I went to this restaurant, so I didn't realise how big their number 2 for 2 was, it was huge.Way too much food, I tell ya, enough for 4 easy.So had no supper to do tonight, lol.Then we went to a couple of stores.Bought my daughter, some nice shorts and the cutest top to go with it, everything was on sale, you know at this time of year, so she was all happy to have spent the day with mommy.Then we went to a jewelry store, she needed a new nose ring and her Marilyn piercing, so bought that, again lots of sales.Then we went and bought each a pair of sunglasses.Had broke mine last week, I was in desperate need of sunglasses.Then came back home, and just relaxed for a good hour, then hubby came home, had supper, and here I am.Nice to just sit at my computer, and drink a good cup of Java.Hope everyone had a good day like mine, it took everything out of me to finally get ready and go, but was worth all the aches and pains of getting ready and go......Sometime just the simplest things makes our day.Oh one update, I called for my appointment which was supose to be at the end of the month, but I waited to long to call, so my appointment is on September 15Th.Oh well what can you do!Have a great evening, Nighty Night to all.MackOne day at the time. ps: having problems with my email accounts, so please those who needs to contact me, do so here at DS.Thanks Mckenzie.
