Wonderful News! Completed a Goal.
Successfully completed my goal NOT to gain weight over the holidays! The average American gains 7 lbs. between Halloween and New Year's. THAT WAS NOT AN OPTION. When my mother passed away, I inherited many lovely clothes. If I'd gained even 5 lbs., they would not fit. So that kept me on the straight and narrow!
I decided that during the maintenance goal, I would NOT make myself crazy by weighing all the time. Rather, I would keep a very close watch on how my clothes fit. Well, I didn't "bust out of" any clothes and this morning when I weighed myself, it looked like I LOST A POUND OR TWO.
So now it's 2013 and time to LOSE AGAIN.
I am so happy that I was able to make my holiday goal.
