WONDERFUL DISCOVERY: POPCORN!!!
I have just made the MOST WONDERFUL DISCOVERY!!! If you take ¼ cup of regular popcorn, put it in a paper bag (just regular ole from the grocery), you can just MICROWAVE IT JUST LIKE THAT!!! No oil, no pan, no extra calories, and NO TOXIC CHEMICALS!!! I read this on the internet earlier today in a Self article and had to try it… My micro has a popcorn button which seemed to work just fine…
I simply taped my bag shut and let the corn POP! YUMMY LUNCH! And let’s face it, soooooo much cheaper that buying microwave popcorn… LOVE the no toxic chemicals added… Just a little FYI for you all!

thanks for the info. i love popcorn. good to know you can just use tape on the bag, i always wondered about that part!
been doing that for awhile and you can kick it up a notch by drizzling alittle organic sunflower oil on it cuz it gives it a non saturated fat buttery taste. then shake some sea salt on it and oh boy, enjoy.
we LOVE popcorn! :) awww! :) Hi angel Cj! :) That\'s great, that you enjoyed the popcorn! :) popcorn is one of our favorite treats. :) i too, enjoy making popcorn, using kernels, and the brown paper bags. :) Walmart has these huge bags of popcorn kernels. :) it\'s such a healthy snack, and much much more healthier, than the the bags of popcorn, with all of the butter/salt, and fat, and chemicals they add. i love hot air popcorn. :)

A wonderful idea and works in everyway, cuts on cost is healthy, and enjoyed that way or as 79 pds added w organic sunflower oil and sea salt~ thanks to you both I now have a new snsck thats good for me and a recipe to share.....
