Wonderful Day
I hope you all had a wonderful Mother's Day. I certainly did. Spent the day with my family at Rob and Sara's. Sara's family was there also. Rob cooked hamburgers and hot dogs out on the grill. The weather was perfect. Sunny, in the 80's and low humidity. Christian was such a joy. He is talking more and more now. Sara was worried that he was not talking much till now, but his Father was the same way. Hardly said anythin except babble till he was two. My daughter at two, on the other hand was holding conversations with you. I took a couple of pictures but I left my camera there. I will get it during the week. They want to take Christian to the Zoo on Friday. I told them I would like to go. I remembered when I got home that my appt. for my mamogram is Friday. I am going to see if I could switch it. Yummy!!!! I haven\'t had a hamburger in a long time!!! Glad you had a nice Mother\'s Day!!!! And you got to see Christian too!!!! Children do start talking at different times for sure!!! Good the Zoo will be great fun!!!! Looking forward to the pics :-))
great idea to do the zoo and change the mammogram date. One thing you can not recover are those incredibly special moments with your children or grandchildren. Glad to hear that you had such a wonderful day! hugs, lindamae
Yeah, it would be different if I thought there was a problem, but I don\'t. I forgot to mention we also had potatoe salad, macaroni salad, and baked beans. Real picnic kind of stuff. Sara\'s Mother made......don\'t know what to call it, but it was kind of a cherry cobbler. Just a little more solid. It was delicious.
So glad you had a great Mother\'s Day. Boys usually talk later than girls but do other things earlier. I agree with lindamae, you can not recover special moments. I think going to the Zoo with your grandson, Christian, will do more good for you than anything.
