The Right Support
Bigger chested girls will want to search for more supportive shirts that include: 1) adjustable back hooks and wide shoulder straps, very similar to a regular bras, 2) detachable inner cups for added support, and 3) fuller coverage around to maintain it all kept in. Unfortunately, you'll need to invest a bit more money than smaller-chested girls to keep your beautiful ladies supported and joyful.
Do not forget bottom support either! Start looking for bottoms which offer lift for your buttocks and compression for your thighs.
Length is Essential
Focus on the length of both your tops and bottoms. Tops which are too brief will ride up if you're jogging or doing downward dog, but shirts which are too long will really accentuate some additional curves in your mid-section and end up being even more unflattering than the shorter shirts. Particularly if you're curvier, look for tops that finish just above the widest part of your hips and slightly below the tops of your trousers.
For bottoms, try to avoid pants with very low climbs (just under the belly button is flattering on many shapes) and aim for broader waistbands to maintain your tummy tamed. If you would rather full-length trousers (great for yoga and gym workouts), a small flare leg is more flattering on all types. If you want shorter lengths (good for running, biking, and many sports), a fitted Capri retains your thighs compressed while giving your calves some excess breeze. If you're self-conscious about your legs, then keep away from tight full-length designs. Additionally avoid loose capris, which will just make your thighs look bulkier.
Performance-Enhancing Fabrics
Due to breakthrough technological improvements in the last several decades, you now have the option of finding workout clothes that incorporate the newest technology at a variety of price points. The most relevant technologies are: 1) moisture wicking fabrics, two ) anti-bacterial finishes, and 3) more durable fabrics in nylon and polyester blends. Though it recently started making cotton tees, Under Armour became a massive hit when they pronounced"Cotton is the Enemy." The reason is because when you perspire in cotton, it starts to feel heavy and weigh you down, whereas some of the newer moisture handling fabrics actually draw sweat away from the skin and evaporate quickly so you can keep going and going.
