Woke up early again....

Woke up early again with a bit of anxiety, trying to get a grip of it. Not as bad as it has been but it still there. Have taken a tablet so I'm hoping it will stay in control and not go potty today. It's 06.30 and I always feel better when the au starts to rise.
Im told that your well being is better when you have a couple of glasses of wine. I think this sets off my anxiety so I think I'll not bother drinking any wine in future.
Otherwise I feel well. Less stabbing pains - I think this might be indigestion, actually but I'm not sure.....
Im still smoke free so I'm pleased. It's getting a little difficult actually but I'm not going back there. I like not smoking. I like not smelling. I'll keep going because I can't afford to go back there. I need to get healthier and I've lost another pound in weight.
Things are getting better an I'm going to try to get some more sleep.

Hey Alli,

It sounds like you\'re making quite a bit of progress, even if it\'s not always a perfectly smooth path.

It\'s WONDERFUL that you continue to be smoke free!!!! Keep up all that great progress. You deserve it. And to be even losing weight while having recently quite smoking is even more of a positive.

It\'s too bad that you\'re having difficulties with anxiety, but in a way, it\'s probably understandable given all of the changes that you\'ve been through recently. I don\'t think there\'s \"one size fits all\" regarding whether or not it\'s advisable for any particular individual to drink wine or not. If you feel it\'s not good for you, that it\'s a trigger for your anxiety, then no wonder you\'re going to try staying away from it.

I\'m also glad to hear that the stabbing pains are starting to reduce. It is hard when you don\'t know for sure what the cause of the pains is. Over time, you may get more clarity.

I hope you have excellent continued recovery- please continue to keep us posted. Sue
