Withdrawl

Just recently I was trying to wing myself off of effexor. I had been on it for a few years. I took 375mg a day. I was complaining to my GP that I was tired of my excessive sweating and he thought it could be due to the Effexor. So I contacted my Psychiatric and he worked on a plan to tapper off. About two days after my last dose I had the worst withdrawals. Like a panic attack 24/7 . When I slept in had night terrors and wake up terrified.  I just wanted to die. So called my Pysc. Dr. Back and he prescribed me clonazepram to help. That didn't help. So I had to go back on 75 mg for the next month then 37 for another month. I hope this works.
