Wiped Out

I think the naps are starting. Saturday morning I got up and went right back to bed until noon. Sunday I worked for 12 hours straight on a quilt that went to a woman starting chemo this week.  I'll put a picture of it in my Pictures area.  I finished at 2:00 a.m.  Monday I got my period, and hobbled around exhausted.  Making a quilt -- and piecing it on the floor -- requires a LOT of squats!  And as you know, menstruation places its own demands. Today I got up, took my shot, and went right back down.  I called in sick and slept till 3:30. I'm starting to sense a pattern.  Maybe the Lupron really is making me weary.  I mean, I'm not usually this lazy! This afternoon I went to the post office and pharmacy (as usual), got a picture of my sweet Pharmacist Get, and got my husband's shirts at the cleaners.  When I came home it was all I could do to put on a pot of water to boil some frozen chicken.  Now the water's boiling and I'm thinking that my activity level has gotten a little too high.  Time to hit the couch.  Maybe James would like some boiled water for dinner? I'm feeling conspicuously unguilty for my lazy day.  This is new.  This must be what they call "giving oneself a break."  I like.
