Winter time cometh

I went to the kids football game sunday and put the car in the shop Monday. Sunday I dressed appropriately but Monday I didnt. I wasnt really cold and felt pretty good on Monday. Tueday, my whole body ached and I rested all day. My body still hurts today which is Wednesday and I am kicking myself. I have to dress warmly in my legs regardless of whether I am cold or not. I wish I had an electric blanket...
 
Muscle Soreness, stiffness 7 on 1-10.
No pain meds helped. Tried tylenol 1000mg, Tylenol with codeine 1000 mg, and Ibupropen 800mg
Hot bath planed.
