Winter rushed in today

I found myself hurting really bad yesterday for no apparent reason then the weather changed drastically today. I guess that explains the pain increase. 
On the bright side I started my new Primary care doctor today. The first female doctor I've ever had and maybe one of the best doctor visits ever. She took lots of time to listen and work up a plan to care for me. I was impressed and hopeful.
