WINTER PLAN to get thru bipolar IBS Fibro

DEC. been ok but a week ago the blues started up and IBS is kickin my butt.
Had two horrible accidents in stores, while out shopping. Just came from seeing war horse movie and yep IBS was there right with me.   Pill pills pills. Im sick of it.....
For IBS bentyl ,  fibromyalgia flexeril and hydro.  Norontin, which now comes in generic.   I thought of suicide the other day and let it pass.  My head hadn't said that to me in along while.  Im so weak.    Im drinking a gingeral and for breakfast/lunch I had potato soup and bacon.....ice tea.  GUYS I CAN'T GO  WITHOUT ICE TEA OR COKE ZERO.  depression aches and pains I just take aleeve....don't want to bath or eat.  I'm bummed...
