Winter is almost here.
Thanksgiving is just a week away. How time flies. My last journal entry I was complaining about the heat wave back in August. Well I got by that with caution but it did seem to sap my energy a bit.
Now I feel pretty good. It's amazing what a 20-30 degrees change can do. Winter will be here before you know it but I'll worry about that when the time comes. I hope all are well.

Hi Tom...just stopping by. I\'m glad you are feeling relief from the cooler air. Just want you to know, the Zyflo really really helps me and the synthroid seems to make weight loss possible, so all in all, I\'m doing better too. Wishing you and your family a very Merry Christmas.
