windy and cold - 69 degrees//new weirdo after the animals//foreign girl in driveway//pumpkin decorat
windy and cold tonight, is there a storm out there? 69 degrees, i'm sleeping with a wool blanket. the new weirdo from saturday night (or sunday morning depending on how you look at it) was driving a white car and stopped by my neighbor's house on the opposite side of the road. no idea if its one of the white cars down the lane from here (there are three) by the apartments or a different one? creepy. who in the world tries to wake people up at 4:30 a.m. seriously. too weird.
g says the new weirdo saw w out with his dogs loose and called animal control at 4:30 a.m. and g starts laughing because its sooooo stupid. w's dogs weigh maybe 7 pounds each, they aren't dangerous and its 4:30 a.m. and fyi, tnr cats are LEGAL everywhere in the country. if you don't like animals then MOVE to an area like hunter's ridge where there are NO animals and no property lines and no birds and no squirrels and where chemicals are used to control vermin of all sorts, but don't move to an area and start your shit bitch, especially when you are moving to an area full of war veterans etc., all of whom have guns at home and florida is a stand your ground state.
if you don't like animals then move to an area where there aren't any animals don't come here at all. so she will complain about animals, but heroin and meth addicts living in the apartment next door to her or house behind her is okay. what a weirdo. i said this to g and he said she is probably a drug addict herself. according to PETA the only way to stop trouble makers is actual bombs. wth? i don't remember people like this existing at all growing up, there were always animals everywhere and i grew up in the suburbs of large cities -- this city is small. a says complainers/haters have nothing else to complain about so she attacks animals. in west palm beach, there are so many other things happening that people don't call for any little thing, they have bigger things going on in their lives. so get a life or move, you are new here anyway, quite a lot of nerve making trouble when you are new to where you are living.
so now i have to call PETA with the new name and address of the new menace and where she works. wth., unless we get lucky and she is gone soon - any reason for her being gone would be fine.
so, last night or monday morning? the police that patrol by us says the foreign weirdo was on the property again in the driveway. her excuse for being on the property is that we aren't renting out our basement and the cop says to her, there is no for rent sign out so what are you talking about. wtf? she tells the cop that our basement isn't up to code and we aren't renting it out. and the cop is like, that isn't illegal. so the woman gets nuts and says that the basement used to be rented out and its not now. and the cop is like, so? so she tells the cop that that is illegal, that once something is rented out you have to rent it out permanently. lol. wth? and he's like you do NOT have to do that and that is NOT illegal. if something isn't up to code and you rent it out THEN its a violation and only if the tenant complains; but its NOT illegal NOT to rent something out. wth? lol. they think the woman is bonkers. i think so too. so she starts rambling on and on and he says to her, NONE of these people are ever going to rent anything to you. which is true. why in the world does she think that people HAVE to rent to her. they can pick and choose who they rent to; or not rent to anyone at all. and what is the bit with the basement, unless she was trespassing onto the property itself, how would she know what the basement does or doesn't look like? she is telling on herself just by talking. obviously, she was over here AGAIN. and how many other houses as well?
our house on poinsettia by the ocean, had a basement and that basement used to flood as well every single time it rained - even worse than this one actually, we had to have a pump for it. we never rented that basement out at all, but it was nice and cool down there when the weather was clear of rain and we had a pet door down there for the animals if they wanted to use it. in that house, there was another room behind the room that flooded in the basement, that room was up a step and didn't flood, but the ceiling was low on it and we didn't rent that out either. g says he already had someone explain to this woman that basements aren't used much in beach houses because of flooding. in 2002 the owner of this house, had a grown daughter that used the basement for a couple of years and would go upstairs where she used to live with her mother, who still lived there, when it flooded. the people who owned the house after that tried to use the basement as a separate unit with two different people, but it didn't work out because there was always a lot of flooding.
why the fixation with it anyway? so she tells the cop that if the house was for sale she knows someone that will buy it for her. realllly? and why this house when there are a zillion houses that actually ARE for sale and right in this same area if this man is going to buy you a house? maybe he is just pulling your leg? what do you think? none of it makes any sense at all and she has been trespassing on the properties in this area, for TWO YEARS now, i think if this man was going to buy her a house he'd have done so by now. it doesn't take two years to buy a house. the cop should have taken her in because they have already given her multiple warnings about trespassing on the properties and going into the driveways by the cars. its too much! if she is that "drawn" to this area that she can't stop trespassing the properties, then move to a different town so you won't be tempted, don't keep coming here. wth? or like the guy in the apartments said, or move back to the country that you come from.
have to remember not to live down the road from an apartment complex again - way too much drama from the people renting there, always something. there has been EVERYTHING there. i would hear about it instead of see it, because i'm gone so much, but by now, its eight years, you start to see patterns with it and so many people have come and gone, you never know what you are getting when another one moves in or who they invite there, and what kind of psychopath that person may be. if you ask the crime watch private police what to do they always say the same thing, you HAVE TO retaliate or it won't stop. too bad daryl isn't living over here, he was really good at that.

She definitely is not playing with a full deck. That is really crazy advise that crime watch gave. You could really set off an unstable person if you retaliate. Who knows what else goes through her mind. It is very unsettling knowing she is creeping around the property like that.
annie, its the only way. we had an asshole by one of the other houses about ten years ago. we were told by citizen patrol to call on him as he was calling on us. then daryl started screaming at him in his face, like INCHES from his face alllll the time and daryl was youngish, around 35 and the man harassing people was around 65 or more...then he took the older man to court when he caught him by his wife\'s work and they discovered the man had a gun. they also caught him by the yard of another neighbor who sold and moved rather than deal with him. then the college students who bought the house started getting harassed, it became huge. the older man finally sold his house and moved to north Carolina. then he started sending hate mail full of curse words to daryl and he had to bring that to the police. had the neighborhood not retaliated it would never have stopped. the court advised the older man to live on acreage away from people since he is a menace to other people. the older man was such a jerk, he thought it was everyone else and not him. amazing.
It\'s a shame that you are dealing with such an unstable, unpredictable person. You are right, if you don\'t want to live near animals or seniors, or Vets...don\'t go to Florida! She\'s crazy. Keep that in mind, in all seriousness. So many wacko\'s out these days, you have to protect yourself.
I remember you\'ve had a couple other looney toons in your area in the past. Such a shame. I thought they were all up here! LOL!
Be safe, 38~! XO
i think most of the crazy shit has been from this one woman and whoever she can get to be crazy with her. there used to be a guy named troy who had his landlords trap the neighbor\'s animals, but that stopped AND its illegal to do that now because tnr is legal. that was about five years ago. troy moved to an area that doesn\'t allow pets (they claim), but the end for him was when he had a cat in his own house from his girlfriend and started shit with her and her cat, he had her choose him or the cat and she chose the cat. lol. a lot of people will choose their pets over people -- most people. if a person doesn\'t like animals i have no respect for people like that - would never trust them. having pets you learn more about who is nutzo and who isn\'t, more so than when you have kids and when you have kids you have to be prudent, so you don\'t learn as much about the people around you.
i hear working doing animal-police, you meet and see so many hideous bullying/abusive people that it changes you permanently into a person that hates humans and you don\'t recover from that, just like fighting a war, you don\'t truly recover. i have something on that somewhere, someone did an article or a blog on it.
