Will Things Get Better? They won\'t be the same
I saw the doctor yesterday, she put me on generic prozac to help me with the grief over my mom's passing. I'm laid off and don't have much hope of getting another job. My age, weight and health are agains't me. I'm going to get bored, I don't know how I'll deal with the loneliness. I don't look forward to the holidays and don't expect to really notice them. I feel sort of like I'm in limbo and time is distorted. I hope I remember to take the medications I'm suppost to.

The prozac will help in time. Don\'t expect a quick cure though. It sounds like you have a lot of things to fight against, and losing your Mum must have hit you hard.
Take heart that you were there for her.
You are still young enough to recover. Being at home on your own is going to be tough, but try to take just a small walk each day. I know the oedema can make this tricky, but you will feel better for it.
I just got let go from my job on Friday. Not even an hours notice. i do have hopes of finding work but it\'s tough. My first day today of not working in six months. Pray and pray. Take a drive. I do out each day as I did before I got my job. Get a coffee, go to the dollar store. I know the loneliness and fear. i am with you. We must believe God has a plan...........love to you, nancy
