Will I ever get it right?
I have pushed myself into a major flair up with this tile installation in the livingroom and diningroom. So much needs moved, cleaned, then moved back and I can't help but try to help. My husband and daughter where bringing back in the entertainment center when they got in a tight spot at the door and I jumped to help support it so my husband could move where he was holding on to it and bring it in all the way. It left me screaming and crying from the intense pain holding it just those few seconds caused. My poor husband snapped, if it's going to do this to you just stay out of the moving for god's sake, we would have figured it out! That made me even more upset and the blow up I knew was coming happened. I cryed and tried to hide it, fought with the overwhelming feelings of uselessness and wondering just why go on. I don't want to live this way! I am so used to being active, busy, and constantly on the move I just don't know how to handle being like this. I constantly push my body to keep moving, to do more until I get like this-mentally and physically frozen from the pain. I know I am doing it to myself by trying to do to much, my body just can't do it anymore. But my brain just can't live with the small limitations my body has. Where is the solution here? How can I learn to balance mind and body? I know I need to, I will not be able to keep ending up like I am now, mentally I will snap from the pain, it's just too much. While pain is an excellent teacher I don't seem to be learning my lesson's well. So what now?
