will anything ever go right?

i dont know how much longer i can do this. all 3 cats, and one of the dogs are sick, im 300 short to pay my bills, i was supposed to go camping but i have no gas and the pain is so bad i probably shouldnt go anyway, there is very little food in the house and wont be until monday, and my computer is acting up to boot. what next???
