I m dealing with my emotions well now that I m not gambling. I thank God everyday for this site and the strength to not gamble. It s certainly a blessing. I pray everyday and visit this site. I m much stronger emotionally and spiritually now that I m gamble free. I keep a vigilant look out for the triggers and urges and handle them patiently. One day at a time.
