Wife is Violent but says I am?

My wife has history of violence and has many issue with anger management along with un able to control her reactions to things.

She hit me a few times one one occasion.  (Punch to abdomin - Small bruise) (Got a DUI on New Years - Beat it in court as it was wrongfully accused.)

She beat me on another occasion out of rage and anger. (Beat my abdomen and arm/shoulder untill she had no breath left.) (Arguing over something I do not even remember and called each other names.)

Then one day we are laying in bed and she kept tickling me.  I told her to stop becuase it was a boundry thing and we wanted to start respecting each others boundries.  She said or what? You'll do this? and she jabbed my arm with her fingertips which actually hurt like hell and pinched the soft skin near the armpit.  I was so taken that she did that that I tried to tickle her by jabbing my fingers into her armpit and as she twisted to move I hit her arm with finger tips.

She then jumped up and starting packing her bags and then went to battered womens shelter and said I hit her.  Police showed up and nothing was done... I had a bigger bruise and my story matched when hers was controversial becuase she said I changed the locks on the house and was threatening her in text messages.  I turned over my phone immediatly and asked them to verify and once they looked they realized that my phone had all communication in it and hers was missing alot of the texts from her... so they said she was being misleading and that they would put that in the report.

She took our kids to a shelter and forced them to live there with her with communication with the outside world.  She even got kicked out of the shelter because they said that she needed some mental help (72 hour evaluation lock down.)

We split up becuase some women got her in apartment by saying that my wife was a single abused Mom and needed help.  Now she is back with me in our house.  And she now has this apartment we cannot afford that is empty and she cannot figure out how to get out of the apartment lease (I told her not to sign... and she lied saying she was the only income when I was paying for everything.)

I have rented the Uhaul and moved the furniture out of the apartment and now she mad at me becuase it is not done... she hasn't done anything.  Now I am thinking when is this going to be enough?  I know I am always the bad guy but this just seems ridiculous...
