Why won't DS pull their head out?

The email its still blocked the only way for me to see messages is to come in log in and check messages I didnt receive one email notice whats so ever. This is the one factor why I don't come on here anymore.  No body will help me :{ So as long as its blocked and deactivated I just won't be on here anymore.  I put up two blogs one on break ups and one on nutter board last night and you guessed it? No email response none whats so ever my two blogs are buried and gone!:{ Why is it that DS doesnt give a shit and won't help me?  I don't know when I will be on here again but I really wanted to say hi to all you guys. If you got any ideas how DS can help me or anybody eles please let me know.  I would love to come back on board if we could get this fixed.  Sorry if this message sounds sour I just don't understand why DS wont help me?
