My dream was scattered today. I have offically misscarried @ 7 weeks. I am so numb, all I want to do is breakdown and cry. But I have nothing left. Why does this happen?

I have felt your pain! I miscarried at 6 weeks due to no heartbeat. Did you see a heartbeat? I am so sorry! Take time to grieve and find what makes you happy! I am so sorry! You are not alone in this journey!

That is the one question that I am sure the majority of us wish we had an answer to. WHY? God does have a plan for us all and a time in our lives for everything, including grief. Usually later in life you can look back and figure it out to some extent, I could anyway. Just keep the faith, and take care of each other! I am very very sorry for your loss.
I know there is not much we can say to make you feel better at this time. Just now that we are here for you and many of us have experienced the same thing so you are not alone
