Why is she doing this?????

Ok so i am in contact with a old co- worker from a job i used to have years ago. and we reconnected on facebook and back in march i asked her if she would want to get together to catch up, and she answered saying YES and i was so excited  but ever since March she keeps saying to me over facebook that she still wants to see me but then never comments to anything, and its killing me cuz i keep getting my hopes up and i get really excited that she would want to see me. so why does she keep bringing it up???????, i mean i have never brought it up since the first time back in march and since then i have never brought it up but since march she keeps bringing it up.  so this is really messing with me cuz i would really love to see her.  why is she doing this??????????   i just don't know what to do or what to think anymore. i just don't get this at all!!!!!   any advice anyone?
