Why Is Life Worth Living?

I never could understand how life is worth living. I feel like I'm making a fool of myself for getting out of bed every time and putting myself out there. It's all for nothing. No one needs me for anything. I don't have a family to take care of. Nothing makes me happy anymore. My depression keeps getting worse.

I want to kill myself every waking moment. I can't seem to do anything right. Living feels like a chore. How is life worth living to the common man? I'm below average in intelligence. It's hard for me to understand.

I feel the same way some days. You are not alone in how you feel but you have to find a way to chanel that negative energy away. I will send you some links to look at I love these things. May not be your cup of tea but just try it. It never hurts to try a new avenue. As long as youre trying you are winning a victory everyday.

Life is worth living if you love and are loved. It's worth living to seek the truth about yourself and everything. It's worth living because there are a lot of things to enjoy and appreciate like nature, for example.

Some specific things:
blue skies, trees, flowers, sushi, ice cream, movies, hamburgers, sweets, chocolate, walks, stars, galaxies, nebulae, animals, giving advice /support to people on DS, beautiful women, children, music, creativity, poetry, art, nice food 'n drinks, books, comics, graphic novels, TV series, sunsets, sunrises, lakes, seas, beaches, falling in love, playing a PC game, cycling, swimming, laughing, green grass, birdsong, hugs etc. etc.
