Why cant some people keep their hands to theirselves

I still cant believe :( about a friend been mugged a 2nd time, to me that is a second time, too flipping much :( when a very good friend of mine said she had some news about him I thought it was good news like he had a job or something but never did I think mugged, when ever I seen him he seemed very happy and why oh flipping why cant cruel people just leave my friends alone!!!!! why? The smile that he would have on his face when he happy was the very best that I have ever seen and the good that he would do for others, if the world had more people in it like that, then the world would be much better, yes I understand fully that times are hard financially but, to frighten a such a man who like myself has Aspergers and he have anxiety problems trying to live, to me is so flipping wrong, do criminals even have conscience? I wish they did cause they would see, what a wonderful, very talented person they have stolen from and would be so ashamed of their actions (I wish)
