\"Why are we waiting, why are we waiting...\"

I had an appointment with my pdoc yesterday. He still hasn't heard from my GP. He'd written a couple of letters with details of two people he should contact in regards to my referal to give him. So on the way back home, we dropped them off at the surgery and a note asking my GP to contact him either today or tomorrow. We also asked the receptionists whether they remembered passing on any messages from my pdoc to my GP and they both said yes. I got a bit choked up yesterday in my appointment though because he said it was upsetting to see me like this. I've been seeing my pdoc for over a year now and he's already seen me go through hell with the Bipolar, which is still not stable. I think he's always been quite protective of me because I'm so young and overall, I couldn't ask for a better pdoc. So now it's back to waiting on my GP but at least this time, it's a direct letter basically asking him to phone staight away.I didn't feel very well at all last night. Felt really faint every time I got up and was walking around. It felt like if I moved too quickly I would just drop. It was pretty scary.I've woken up this morning though and that feeling has passed so I think it might have just been because of the journey to the hospital. It's only one bus but then it's a 15 min walk up a hill.Goal UpdatesI've pretty much lost sight of my goals in the last couple of days. I'm going to delete two of them and just keep the binge free days and make a new "Stay out of NHS hospital" goal as I've completed the first one now.
