Why am I Here?

Do you ever just feel like you don't belong? You feel like you matter, but you just don't belong. I guess that's what I've been feeling lately. I don't know. It's hard to put it all into words. I feel numb and I don't know why. Nothing has happened to make me feel this way. I shouldn't feel this way but I do. I want to talk to someone about it, but people think you're crazy if you talk about things that they can't understand. I just don't know what to do anymore...
