Whose in your family tree

  Hey I'm back.  Well the last time I shared was about accepting the Lord.  Now let me share that there are many things that hold us back from embracing the Lord,  because he is there waiting with open arms.   Some of those thoughts could be I am not worthy, who could love me, I am not good enough, I have done bad things,  everyone hates me, etc.  Well let me show you what the Lord's own words say in Matt.5:3-12 " 3.Blessed ar the poor in spirit, for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven. 4blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted. 5. blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth. 6. Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled. 7. blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy. 8. Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God. 9. Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called sons of God. 10. Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. 11. Blessed are you when people insult yhou, persecute you, and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me.  12. Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you."     Now let me tell you of a man who was abused, an adulter, a murderer, etc.  This man loved the Lord with all his heart, and found favor with the Lord because of that love.  He was annointed by the God and later became King.  His name was David and from his bloodline came Jesus our Saviour.  So if someone like that can be saved why not us?  I urge you to read 1&2 second Samuel.
