who we are

Sometimes I hear my ankle snap, it reminds me of a time I sprained it.  That is kind of a scar of that experience.  I have other joints that pop and scars on my body here and there, they have shaped me into who I am.  Sometimes you can learn from experiences and sometimes they have no meaning.  It is those experiences that make me into who I am.  I don't really like the idea of reveling in the past, but maybe that is how you move forward by learning from your mistakes.

I have many scars. Some are just on the surface and others are much deeper. It has made me what I am today. It\'s just part of being in the physical.
