Who to trust?

I have been finding it hard to trust people to talk to about my situation. I find it hard to find understanding and support most of the time. Some people don't even know what to say to me about my issue. I talk to God about a lot of things that I struggle with and I find comfort in knowing that he listens to me even when I don't deserve his love and grace. I really wished that I had someone to lean on and cry on sometimes. i have my mother but sometimes I just want to talk to someone who won't judge me.
