Where is everybody?
I haven't seen much activity here! I sure hope it's the warmer weather! Where I live, it's too hot and the only reason I go outside other than going to store is to water flowers or they will surely die from the heat! Or to take care of the lawn work. I mowed and used the weedwacker a couple of days ago and the heat nearly kicked my butt! My husband was home and filled the mower with gas for me and I didn't realize he filled it too much and was not taking a break when I should because I was sure it was going to run out soon! Wrong! LOL! He said he filled it about half way and what do I know! It turned out to be way more than I fill it! LOL! He kept apologizing that he didn't mean to over do it, which in turn caused me to over do it! LOL!
I told him I'm not senile yet and should have stopped at least twice for a break! I wasn't even going to cut the back yard but the mower wouldn't run out of gas! LOL! So off I went to back yard again thinking it will run out soon! Noooooooooooo! I almost finished the whole back yard! LOL!
If I leave any gas in mower It just evaporates and smells up the garage! We are still planning to build a shed but until then mower is staying in garage.
So back to over doing it! LOL! I am back to normal, whatever that is, but I did take two Ibuprofen that night. Makes a world of a difference in how good I sleep and how sore the next day I will be ! So glad I did that right!
For those who don't know me, I want to do the yard work. My husband got me a powered mower with electric start last year because of my age and arthritis the yard is kicking my butt! Soooooo glad I got it too!
My husband says I'm amazing and he doesn't deserve me. I just think I am doing what I can! He is running a one man business all by himself! He does a lot more than that too! I am the one who is blessed to have him!
