Where I live

I used to be proud of my ability to take nothing seriously.  Life's too short to go around getting worked up about stuff beyond your control.  Then I realized that there is much that we do control.  If something matters enough to a man, then he rolls up his sleeves and does the hard work necessary to assume control.  If it matters enough, he may even storm a beach under a sky that is raining death.  If it matters enough, he'll take control, or die in the effort. Tomorrow I sit with a mediator to convince him that my son would be better spending half his time with me.  The X2B will argue that he'll be better off spending 80% of his time with her.  Tomorrow is my D Day.  It matters enough.
