Where I am right now

Good morning ladies, Well on October 8, I got my BFP with my level being at 171. My RE was so excited that he didnt even want me to come in for more blood. When I got my 1st BFP on my last cycle(which resulted in a misscarriage @ 7 weeks), my level was at 66. So he was VERY happy that this cycle, when I got the BFP, my level was 171.  So now I am going in for my u/s to hear/see the heartbeat on Oct 21. I am so excited, but at the same time I am a little scared. I dont want to go in like last time and they see nothing. 8-(   But I am staying positive, I need to STAY positive. I know/hope my little peanut/s are growing stronger in there. I am sorry I havent been on lately and checking in on you ladies.
