Where does time go?

It has been almost a year since my mother died.  I am still in the process of unscrambling my house from when she moved in with me.  Of course, her stuff left at her house had to be dealt with as well and I still haven't sold her car.  I seem to run from one project to another and never quite finish anything.  Nonethe less, as the anniversary of her death approaches I feel I need to finish some stuff and get my life back in order.  One would think that in dealing with the mess left behind that it would be a priority to organize one's own mess so as not to pass it on to another to clean up but somehow days slip by and nothing is finished.  I am still walking pathways in some rooms.  How do you get motivated when it is all so depressing.

Yeah I can\'t believe it\'s been a year already since your mothers passing. Such a draining time. I know because if you remember it took me a year to clean out my mothers house. In the beginning I was so depressed and was keeping everything...I finally gave up and just kept the stuff that mattered the most. I tell my kids who witnessed the whole thing...I say..Just think one day all this stuff will be all yours!!!!! And I laugh. And they just give me the raised eye brow look and say O H G o o d Y! LoL...I told my son the other day as Im helping him move and screaming where the heck are all your friends?? I said...I do it because one day I\'m gonna need you to change my poopy pants...*my PooR kids* I;m so mean. Big HuG
