Where do we go
wre do we go from here all alone just me and my dog, every days the same old thing just sit at table cup of tea looking out of the window but no one passes, new area even worse so just sit and read other journals and try to make friends, there are so many lonely souls out there where did it all go wrong everybody so stressed in a hurry rude, being horrible to others from different places, cultures, when will it all stop, worried.

can u go to a dog park? get out in the fresh air, dog owners have an affinity with one another, very welcoming, u might be surprised..

Loneliness is the worst. I come on here and see so many lonely people,and now when i am out and around people i think they may be as lonely as me. I want to meet new people and yet i do not. What used to make you happy? I am trying to remember my stuff and am going to try to get into the things that made me happy in the past. Have to try something. Sun is shining here today so that usually brings up my mood :) Try not to think beyond this moment..i Pray and just think of positive stuff,it gives me a break from my reality. Even if for a little while. Its the thinking that harms me..is there anyone in your life you could spend time with?
