Whens?day

Dearest,
It snowed all day, was quite warm though so with the melting and all we only got another couple of inches or so. I shoveled for an hour when I got home,I dont seem so sore tonight. I guess its good for me, an hour of shoveling every night will get me back in shape. maybe Ill develop buttocks of steel! I am not feeling well, sore throat and a headache. The sore throat started last night, does not bode well.
When I came in from struggling with the slush/ ice/ snow there was a very wet, well-chewed mouse in the middle of the living room floor. The end of that mouse saga. The way the cats are behaving though there may be a new saga beginning.
I see you put new batteries in the Kit Kat clock, the time is still wrong but Ill fix that. I received a box of paperwork from Nick and a respectable pile from the bank. This is turning into a full time job.
Next week will be one year since the big operation. Ive been thinking about it a lot lately. Im having trouble dealing with it. Im very sad again. I may not be able to journal on this site anymore, after an hour of work I click submit and the damn screen goes blank and everything is lost, not the first time either. Ill journal on the writers site. This was a much more involved entry the first time but I have to go eat now.
Sadly, Your Ken

Ken, I am glad that the cats did their thing and got the mouse. They are trying. I know that firsts are a hard time. There will be many firsts you will go through. Sometime it seems like they won\'t let up, but it wil get better. I was so involved in something in January that I let the 3rd anniversary of my mothers passing slip by. Didn\'t realize it for a week, then felt terrible. One step at a time. Go feed yourself and stay hydrated and feel better. Hugs Jane

Ken
Thank goodness the cats got that mouse. I do not like mice! Hubby always took care of them at the barn when they showed up.
Don\'t over due with the snow. Sorry your not feeling well. Take care of yourself.
hugs,
Cie

I am having an issue with some mice myself. I live in a rural area and they just love my dogfood. I have two dogs I do not think will like having a cat. How do they even get into the attic is beyond me?! Glad your problem is over! I hate to hear you may not be journaling here on this site anymore. Hope you reconsider, I do like hearing you are ok. ~Christi

Ken,
Any anniversary is hard. Hang in there. If you stop journalling here you will be missed.

Ken, So sorry that you are feeling bad. Sore throats are the worst. I\'m glad the cat got the mouse but wouldn\'t it be nice of them to dispose of them also. Please don\'t leave us here at DS we would all miss your posts and how good they make us feel. Diane
